We offer refunds only in cases of material manufacturing defects. This includes structural flaws, surface inconsistencies, or breakage attributable to production—not natural variations or handling damage.
To qualify for a refund:
- The defect must be reported within 4 calendar days of delivery.
- The report must include clear photographic or video evidence.
- The item must remain unused and in its original packaging.
Reports beyond 4 days or without proof will not be considered.
🚫 Non-Eligible Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Natural color or grain variations in granite or marble
- Custom-engraved or personalized items
- Products damaged during handling, installation, or transport after delivery
- Raw slabs cut to buyer specifications
- Sale items or promotional offers
🔍 Inspection and Resolution
Once your claim is received, our team will review the submitted evidence. If approved:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Alternatively, a replacement may be offered based on stock availability
📦 Shipping Responsibility
Return shipping (if applicable) must be arranged by the buyer. We recommend using a trackable service. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
